Il progetto delle Grandi Mostre "La Via della Seta e la Civiltà Cinese" promosse da Fondazione Cassamarca e dall'Accademia Cinese di Cultura internazionale, dopo l'esordio con "La Nascita del Celeste Impero" (2005-2006), prosegue con la seconda esposizione intitolata "Gengis Khan e il Tesoro dei Mongoli", dal 20 ottobre 2007 al 4 maggio 2008. A Casa dei Carraresi a Treviso sono esposti in prima mondiale 400 preziosi e rarissimi reperti provenienti dai Musei cinesi e dai recenti scavi archeologici nelle regioni settentrionali al di qua e al di là della Grande Muraglia, dove tra il 907 e il 1368 sono state protagoniste sulla scena storica della Cina le Dinastie Wu Dai, Xi Xia, Liao, Jin Song e Yuan.

The project of the Great Exhibitions "The Silk Road and Chinese Civilization" promoted by the Fondazione Cassamarca and the Chinese Academy of International Culture, after the exordium with "The Birth of the Heavenly Empire" (2005-2006), is followed by the second exhibition, "Gengis Khan and the Treasure of the Mongols", from 20 October 2007 to 4 May 2008. 400 of the rarest and most precious finds are placed on show at the Casa dei Carraresi in Treviso for the first time. The exhibits come from Chinese museums and recent archaeological excavations in the northern regions on either side of the Great Wall, where from 907 to 1368, the Wu Dai, Xi Xia, Liao, Jin, Song and Yuan Dynasties held sway.
